I was advised by my physician Dr Sawaskar to see Dr Girish Bapat for inguinal hernia. I went through the Doppler test and then contact Dr Bapat for appointment, he was indisposed for a day or two, but then he came back of his own to fix the appointment. My brother was diagnosed with gall bladder stones along with stones in the bile duct, which makes it complicated. Dr Bapat explained the procedure lucidly and suggested two step procedure – endoscopy followed by laparoscopy.

I was suffering through severe chest pain every once in a while. I couldn’t figure out it was gall stones. I thought I was allergic to egg or bakery and paneer and so on. But on 17.3.16 evening when the pain wouldn’t subside even after taking gelusil N pan 40 I was admitted in the hospital where the doctors said its goll stones and it must be removed immediately.

I took too long to go to the doc and had contracted pancreatis and jondis in my liver. The pancrease is still inflated and hurts sometimes. As I took very long to understand what my problem was. My stones had got down to the liver and pancreas causing all the problem.

Goll stones 1s developed the goll bladder is of no use to the body and can cause serious trouble to anyone specially for women who are pregnant.

So if you know you have goll stones get it removed immediately. Do not wait for future pain as it is really bad. Almost like a heart attack. The pain starts from the chest, goes to the back, the shoulders and the hands and can last upto 10 or more hours.

Great experience with Dr. Girish Bapat in the first meeting and afterwards. He was straight and to the point with diagnosis and treatment. Listened to all the issues and advised me with the symptoms and solutions of the problem.

He did the Gastroscopy / Endoscopy on his own to diagnose the issue personally and provide the medication accordingly, which turned out great on me. I have been out of all the feeling from 2nd day onwards and is still continuing the healthy way.
